Jim Woods founded Jim Woods Company in Boise, Idaho in 1999. With a close group of associates, Jim worked with clients such as Whirlpool, the U.S. Army and First Security Bank to implement our core ideas of leadership and innovation. Our client base changed in 2007 presenting entirely new challenges requiring a more vigorous strategic plan. In answer to client concerns we developed a new more robust business model to address the need of hyper competition.
MckinleyWoods joined forces with talented associates steeped in Jim’s unequivocal mission of "excellence or else," philosophy. The exclamation mark became our brand. Jim believes in customer satisfaction beyond rhetoric, passion, wildly wacky ideas, line dancing, cool friends, great competition, innovation, and marketing to women. Our goal is to help people understand how much more they are able to do.
